The Uncomfortable Reality of Business (You Have Been Warned)

The uncomfortable reality of business, weaklings don’t read this, you have been warned:

You won’t build a business by being a psychologist and trying to analyze all your flaws and issues in terms of mindset.

All you can do is follow the process and improve the process, it’s not a matter of trying to fix your fxcking childhood traumas or “limiting beliefs” or “resistance” or any such other bullsh!t.

Go work hard and shut the fxck up since no one cares and no one owes you anything.

When you speak to a mentor or others you want advice from, use your own mind to figure out how they figure out stuff and resolve issues in their process/business, then improve your process based on direct tactical feedback and on the deeper level: learn how they come to the conclusions that allow them to reach results so you become a better (business)person.

“Self-development and psychological mumbo jumbo” is a totally separate hobby and is not to be confused with building your business. Attempting to use self dev mumbo jumbo on business to solve business process issues is like using astrology to build a space program to colonize Mars.

When business starts taking a significant amount of time out of your day, people will complain, family members will demand attention and shit will break in your life.

The only way to fix this is by allowing yourself time to focus on business: at least 4-10 hours daily 300+ days a year.

The rest of your life has to wait in line and wait to be scheduled into your calendar along with the rest of your activities.

In short, balance your life so it’s complete, but don’t let the negativity and over-analysis seep into the daily work that is required to succeed at any hard set of skills, especially business skills.
