How The Job Grooming “Conspiracy” Is Keeping You Poor

You have been raised and groomed from a young age, to be poor, helpless, and not to know too much about the world around you. You are doing what the people upstairs tell you to do: not make too much noise, talk with a quiet voice, and be a good little boy or girl. They want you to get a job, and become a “valuable” member of society.

Enter The Job Matrix

This is being taught to you, from a young age. When I was in elementary school, only twenty years ago, I had to stand in line, and if I went out of line, they would yell at me, to get back in. I had to do group activities, and if I didn’t participate, I was a bad boy.

That’s the way the education system works. If you don’t do your homework, you’re a bad person. If you get bad grades, you’re announced as a stupid person, and they announce it publicly in front of everyone. Everyone knows their grades, and where their standing is in the class.

Of course, to a nine year old, this will seem very important to them. They’re being raised in a factory like setting. It’s because it’s efficient, and education was designed when people worked in factories. I’m not an expert on this sort of thing, but this can be applied to business.

In business, if you want to succeed, you can’t help but have this helplessness you’re being taught: ‘ok just follow the rules, don’t look outside the rules, just follow the rules, and the straight and narrow path to success.’ This means be smart, do well in school, get a nice job, pay all your taxes, and do all that. This is society’s view, of the narrow path to success.

How The Real World Works

To get success in business, it takes some of the opposite things I’ve been describing. First of all, if you’re a good obedient little girl or boy, and you follow the rules exactly, as you’ve been told, you’re not going to be able to think outside the box.  Everyone who teaches business, they all say ‘you need to think outside the box’. This means for me, when you need to find a solution, you need to find the quickest, easiest, fastest solution, to generate the longest possible return on investment. Also, not listening to the advice that’s been thrown at you, from all directions, because you’ve been put in a box.

To think outside the box, it’s best to ignore what everyone’s doing, and take the most efficient, smartest way to success which will be long lasting.

If you go to college like I did (I went to two), you’ll learn a certain way of doing things, and that’s definitely not the way to think. The bureaucrats in their fancy offices are basically teaching you how to fill in exams, so you become another cog in the machine.  I was really good at filling in exams, and getting fifty percent, just so they’d let me through, and no more,  because I couldn’t see the point of putting in more effort.

I didn’t really learn a lot at all, and it didn’t help me in business at all. The same goes for jobs. A job is where you get to complete a task for a business. A business works like a set of processes, much like a factory. For example, in a car factory production line, everyone has their little place. You get handed a part of a car, for example, a tire and you mount it on the car. Everything else is done by others.

Unveiling The Truth

You may be under the illusion, that if you have a good job it’s not like that. Most jobs are exactly like this. Instead of making a car, maybe you do one part of a sales process, or one part of a delivery of a product somewhere, and maybe it seems complicated, and like you have to use your brain, but it’s really simple: it’s just a system which you to have implement repeatedly, and report to the person above you, and make sure you’re doing it as efficiently as possible.

This system works well to build a business, but for you, reading my articles, and watching my YouTube videos, you want a little bit more than being a cog in a machine. Like Charlie Chaplin, where he’s stuck in a machine, he’s a cog in the system, and he has no control over his life.

If you want to get out of the system, get out of the matrix, and think outside the box, then you will need to learn skills that are valuable, skills that you can use that are marketable in the real world, that you use to provide value to businesses, and consumers.

Through that, you get value in return. Whatever you provide in value, you get in return, in profit: maybe like ten percent of that, and that’s very good. This is how businesses are built, so you can build your own machine, where you can generate profits, and deliver massive value to the world.

Time To Let Go

It’s said that if you want to achieve a new state in your life, a new state of awesomeness, you need to abandon what you have now. You can’t go to the next level, while retaining a job, while retaining a life in the system. A life in the system, teaches you how to think and act as an employee, as opposed to running your own business. It’s really not designed to help you build a business.

This is why nowadays you see a lot of people teaching business and people getting into business. They are starting to realize that just going to work, and having that job security is not enough; they’re starting to realize that’s not everything to life. There’s much more to it, and much more to be achieved.

What One Man Can Do, Another Man Can

If I can do it, you can do it, as long as you are willing to put in the work, and of course you realize the need to deliver value, and not just leach off the system somewhere.

Hopefully I’ve given you some insights, and one day you’ll do something more. If you have any questions, comment down below, and I may write an article on it.
