A Simple and Shockingly Effective Marketing Technique

My students’ results are oddly phenomenal right now… and I finally figured out why.

I’ve never written about this before…

A technique so simple, yet so shockingly effective, that business owners are practically begging to buy from my students.

What is it?

An absence of hype.

Hype free marketing. Hype free sales calls.

No hype, no exaggeration, no fluff, no overpromising.

See, hype, what is it?

Hype is overcompensation for something lacking in the product or service.

Like when a guy wants to impress a girl, and he “overcompensates” by bragging. The girl thinks “something’s not right here”

When a slick copywriter slips in phrases like “oddly phenomenal”, “technique so simple”, “shockingly effective”, “practically begging” or anything else…

These phrases were invented decades ago by infomercial marketers and direct mail marketers, to sell to bored, lonely people.

Yet many business owners are still using it today, expecting it to work.

Sure, it’ll work on the low hanging irrational fruit. But an intelligent, rational business owner (read: wealthy and high paying) will get turned off in milliseconds.

No matter where you are in business, try dropping the hype.

My students are doing so well right now (congrats guys!), not because of the “promises” they make.

Rather, because their clients view them as professional, sincere, honest, trustworthy and capable.

If you want success in 2020 and beyond, then drop any hype, increase service quality and be a literal hero to your clients.

What do you think?
