A fundamental thing that you need to have is big vision. From 11 years of age all Emanuel has been thinking of is how to become a millionaire. He had a clear vision of him in the multi-million dollar penthouse and his bank full of millions of dollars. If you don’t know exactly what you are after, you are never going to get it. If you don’t truly believe that you can make a lot of money, you will never make it.

Getting and staying motivated is vital, whether you’re striving to reach a business goal or starting a new venture. Lack of motivation can hurt your potential for success. The more motivated you are, the more momentum you will create and the easier it will be to tackle ambitious goals and reach higher levels of success in your business.

How does an entrepreneur maintain focus on the business while also staying motivated to become a better person and business leader? People go into business for different reasons like:

• Quit their job
• Travel the world
• Prove people wrong
• Having beautiful girls

If you are not exceptionally motivated to make a lot of money and build a real business, it is just not going to happen for you. You need to have a clear goal that is set in front of you to keep pushing you to business success.

There is a difference between wishing and wanting. Some people say that they want to start a business and make a lot of money, but when it comes time to doing it and execute it, it turns out that they are not ready yet. They always come up with excuses and postpone starting their business.

A wish is usually a fantastical want. For example, you are very short of money and you wish you would find a winning lottery ticket. That means that you are not ready to take action to achieve your goal. You are relying on pure luck.

Your action can tell you what you wish and what you want. Ask yourself these questions to figure out what your purpose in life really is:

• What do you want?
• Why do you want it?
• What tangible thing is it going to provide to you?
