How Pascal Built a Creative Video Agency in BMI

Meet Pascal – He was one of our earliest members of Business Mentor Insiders (BMI).

When he first started with BMI more than five years ago, he was stuck in the factory job that he hated and did not know what his next career move would be.

He started testing out a few online business ideas, namely selling eBooks but this did not lead to making enough to give up his day job. He started to look online for online business programs for help, and eventually joined BMI, or DBH as it was known then.

How Did BMI Help Pascal?

According to Pascal he especially liked how the program emphasized getting results (sales) early so that you have some data to begin working with to see how you can improve.

The new BMI program (that is offered now), proved to be a big help for Pascal when it came to him launching a new online agency. At the time of starting the program, he was traveling the world and was starting to run out of money. Within two months of starting the program, he was making enough money to provide him with a full-time income!

Initially, he was spending 50% of his time doing freelance work himself and the other 50% running his online agency. He would do the big jobs himself, and instantly outsource the smaller jobs to other freelancers. This was a great way to learn how the business works from all angles.

Pascal now spends his time doing project management and sales for his agency while traveling the world and outsources all project delivery to other freelancers. He says he could outsource more of the work, but for the time being, enjoys doing what he is doing.

He says he can absolutely vouch for the BMI program but wants to stress that BMI is not a “get rich quick scheme” – you will get fast results, but not because of any magic tricks that will instantly make you lots of money. BMI is all about showing you what works, and the program keeps you accountable to ensure that you actually implement the program.

A major highlight of the program for Pascal is the ability to interact with other learners and coaches who have done what you are trying to do. Having coaches is especially great as they can keep you motivated during the tough times, and they keep you accountable. But, at the end of the day YOU have to be prepared to put in the work to make your agency business successful, he says.

Overall, Pascal would absolutely recommend that anybody join BMI if they are serious about starting an online agency or even if they just want to become a freelancer.
