Babystep Your Way To Entrepreneur Status In 14 Days

I want to talk about what happened when I was sixteen and seventeen years old. Back then I had a couple of different jobs as a student. But if I would have told my parents that I’m actually starting a business, going into entrepreneurship and giving up school, they would have gone crazy. They probably would have disowned me, evicted me and all sorts of things like that.

Back then there was a lot less entrepreneurship amongst young people. So let’s talk about what I’m seeing right now. Today, I can look around at all the entrepreneurs that I’m talking to and I can see them doing all sorts of crazy shit. They’re doing stuff like going on Upwork and finding people that they can outsource too. They’re getting a high quality product online and then they’re selling it locally for a large markup. They end up making a huge profit margin off of this.

Some of these people are building a business from scratch in half a year. Sometimes even in less time, like three months or even one month. I’ve seen people who have made a profit in that short amount of time. The crazy thing about this is that some of these guys are seventeen years old. That’s an age where my parents would have said you’re completely insane and a lunatic. Now, people are just doing that as if it’s the most normal thing in the world.

Developing a Business

It’s really a revolution that’s going on right now in the world. With this information, there are really two things that you can do. The first is to say something like:

“Well, they’re taking our jobs (they took ‘er jobs).” Like in that episode of Southpark where the foreigners are taking the jobs. You can be like that, and believe that the foreigners are to blame.

The second option is to join the party and make a very nice profit for yourself. The profit margins are high, the business opportunity is very real, and it’s actually valuable. People actually want to pay for this stuff, especially if you offer something really valuable. If you ask your audience:

“What do you actually want?” You can take that answer and provide it to your clients, and you can be very successful and make a lot of money.

There is also another group of people, who are in their twenties and thirties and who haven’t started at all. They’re literally not doing anything at all. They haven’t started their own business yet and they haven’t been in contact with entrepreneurship at all. Some of the beliefs that I see there are that they’re in the wrong time period.

They believe that if they had started when Zuckerberg started in 2005, or if I had lived back in the 80’s, they could have joined this movement and been part of the group. Today it’s too late though, the train has already passed and I can’t do anything. Everything is over and I can’t predict the future. But if I lived back then, it would have been easy to predict the future. If only I could go back in time..

So there are those people as well. Obviously you can’t go back in time. The reality of things is that now is the best time in history ever to start a business. Right now, the opportunities are insane. They are bigger and better than anything that has ever been done before. Today you can do things that were literally impossible before.

The Benefits of Entrepreneurship

If you join this movement and community, you can actually achieve a highly profitable business where clients actually like to work with you, pay you on time and refer their friends and colleagues to you. That means you end up with an endless stream of new referrals and clients who will help you to build your wealth.

Another thing that you get is an actual influence in the world. Not just a shitty little job where you’re just spinning around in circles and getting a five percent raise every year. I’m talking actual influence in the world, where you’re actually creating jobs and actually increasing the value of things. This is what being an entrepreneur is all about.

You’ll also have the opportunity to join an international community of entrepreneurs who are really freaking cool people. They travel the world and do really cool stuff. These people are much more interesting than your friends from back home. Well, at least much more interesting than the friends that I had back at home.

The great thing about this is that anyone can join the movement. It’s not some secret closed off community. If you own a business than you will inevitably come into contact with fellow entrepreneurs. You literally cannot own a business without doing that. Of course if you join something like a Mastermind, that helps a lot as well.

So there are all these opportunities and all these benefits of becoming an entrepreneur. You can also choose to stay behind though. The entrepreneurial path is definitely not for everyone. If you choose to stay behind, of course you can still have your old friends. You can choose to just hang out, get drunk and just do the same old thing. These are the type of friends who will put you down. They want you to just stay in your place, and not try to do anything great. Stay right here, where we can influence you and manipulate you. Stay cool, stay normal, and everything is going to be OK.

Taking Control of Your Life

The thing is, if you stay part of this community you’ll end up having no influence because someone else will always control your life. Your boss controls your life, you’re not in control. What can you really do? You wake up, get dressed, get into a traffic jam, and you spend hours just sitting there and thinking, what am I really doing?

That’s the alternative to entrepreneurship. That’s the way I see it at least. It’s not a very nice alternative. However, entrepreneurship is definitely hard, it’s not an easy path. Having a normal job is definitely for a lot of people, I don’t want to diss it too much. That’s the way I look at it though. I know it’s a very skewed view of reality because I’m so involved with the entrepreneurial lifestyle. If you’re involved with your lifestyle and don’t want to change it, that’s fine.

I’m assuming that the people who are reading this article want to change. I don’t think that the people who read these articles are an average audience. I believe that people who are reading this are into entrepreneurship, and they want more out of life.

That’s why I’m talking about this stuff with you personally, even though it is a very small audience. So if you’re still reading this article, then of course you’re probably wondering how can I get started on the entrepreneurial path? You’ve told me about all of these cool things that can happen, and all the bad things that can happen, now how do I get started? Let me give you an example to show you how.

Getting Started as an Entrepreneur

The girlfriend of one of my friends started two weeks ago. She went on Upwork.com (former Odesk) and got a job working online. She didn’t have any kind of real experience, just a job or two from the town she lives in. That didn’t stop her though, and now that she works online, as long as she gets enough hours she can travel the world and work anywhere she wants to. It’s a freelance gig that gives her a huge amount of flexibility. The cool part of this is that it only took her two weeks to get to a point of earning a significant amount of money. The amount of money she’s earning will only go up with experience as well.

Of course you can take it from there, that’s just the beginning. You can start by getting a simple freelance gig, with something like Photoshop, translating or article writing. That will give you a place to start from, and you can upgrade from that as you gain more experience. Once you have actual clients, then you can start a business. They will pay you not just for your work, but for your employees work as well. You can start an agency where you outsource this type of work and you just keep getting clients over and over again. All of that is a possibility.

This is a very simple way to get started. All you have to do is research the type of work that’s available, and the type of work that people are willing to pay for. Then you can make a profile similar to a person who is already earning money. Honestly, it’s really not that difficult. Anyone can do it, even if you’re an eighteen year old or twenty year old student. It doesn’t matter.

That’s basically everything that I wanted to cover today. If you have any questions, please leave a comment below. If you would like to learn more about sales and entrepreneurship, please subscribe to my YouTube channel.
