Welcome to BMIBot, a softwarfe offered by Arrow Lead Limited ("Arrow Lead", "we", "us", or "our"). Our proposal sending tool, BMIBot, is designed to streamline your business processes. By accessing or using BMIBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of TermsBy ticking the checkbox on the checkout page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use BMIBot.
2. License and Accessa. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Arrow Lead grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use BMIBot for your internal business purposes. b. This license is granted solely for the purpose of enabling you to use BMIBot as provided by Arrow Lead, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
3. Use of BMIBotYou agree to use BMIBot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: a. License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit BMIBot. b. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of BMIBot. c. Access BMIBot to build a similar or competitive service.
4. Fees and Paymentsa. The price for using BMIBot is displayed on the checkout page. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing indicated. b. All sales are final and Arrow Lead provides no refunds, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. No Responsibilitya. BMIBot is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. Arrow Lead makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of BMIBot or the information, content, or materials included. b. Arrow Lead will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of BMIBot or from any information, content, or materials included in or otherwise made available to you through BMIBot, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arrow Lead and our affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of BMIBot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
7. Modifications to the TermsArrow Lead reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
8. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
